Tehran-IRAF- the Taliban Foreign Ministry official said in a message posted on the social media platform X that the effects of this situation become tangibly evident when people go to gas stations to fill their vehicles—where rising energy prices and market instability are clearly visible.
Azam stated that the heavy costs of the war have also had a direct impact on the global economy. Referring to estimates of U.S. military expenditures, he added that the daily cost of the war for Washington has reached nearly one billion dollars, a factor that has prompted the United States to seek assistance and support from other countries.
Azam also emphasized that while the United States is attempting to rally support from others, Iran continues to face this war on its own.
