Mojtaba Yousefi, the representative of the people of Tehran in the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament), in an interview with Eraf, referring to the heinous crimes of the Zionist regime and criminal America in attacking Iran, says: These false and hollow claimants of human rights, and every international body they have established—from the United Nations to other humanitarian organizations—have lost all their credibility.
According to him, they have maintained the same colonial nature from the 18th and 19th centuries to the present day. From traditional colonialism to thousand-dollar suits and colognes, today we see that their hands have been exposed. This is not just our claim; rather, the same stance is present in the protests of their own people in Western and European countries. Due to the massacre in Gaza, they have no credibility left.
Human Rights Claimants: From the Assassination of a Religious Leader to Attacks on Hospitals
Yousefi added: Today, in the martyrdom of the Guardian of Muslims; Ayatollah Khamenei, we saw that he was assassinated as a religious and doctrinal leader. The state-sponsored terrorism of the usurping Zionist regime and the European countries that claimed to uphold human rights have shown that wherever colonialism has been, they have been present. Now, we witness attacks on hospitals and rescue centers such as the Red Crescent and Gandi hospital, we see the UK, and France, which directly or indirectly support these crimes.
This is while, in the view of this Member of Parliament, in all human rights protocols during wartime, medical centers have always been inviolable, and this principle is emphasized in the superior documents of the Security Council.
The True Face of State Terrorism
Mojtaba Yousefi continued: They even bombed a school and martyred over 168 innocent children. Were these military personnel? Some used to say that one must compromise with the superpowers to improve relations with them. Now, look, did they come to the aid of the people? They slaughtered 168 defenseless girls, to the extent that the bodies of some of them were unrecognizable. Now, they have also bombed the pediatric ward of Gandi Hospital; Baqiyatallah Hospital, the Red Crescent, and so on… This is the real face of a regime that parades under the banner of state terrorism.
The Pure Blood of the Leader Erased the Non-Existent Credibility of the Zionist Regime
The Tehran representative in the Parliament added: We have no hope in so-called international bodies; but they should remember that the blood of 230,000 martyrs, our dear Leader, the Hajj Qasem, and these 168 innocent children of the Minab school and their like, will certainly take a severe revenge. These international bodies were merely observers, and in some cases, they even provided support and shared intelligence with them.
In his view, this is the reality of the savage West and an animalistic nature that is worse than an animal’s, because an animal might only attack one creature, but these target countless numbers.
Yousefi emphasized: Let them know that we, with dignity, authority, and reliance on God, will bring them to their knees, just as we have done until today. This country confronts 15 countries and defends itself. Just as the blood of the people of Gaza caused the awakening of the world, the blood of these people will also cause an awakening. We have no hope in international organizations and hope that those who have placed their hope in them will learn a lesson. There is no path other than resistance and steadfastness until the destruction of the enemy.
The representative of the people of Tehran in the Islamic Consultative Assembly concluded: We carry the heavy grief of our Leader’s martyrdom in our hearts, but this grief will not make us withdraw; rather, it has created a sacred anger within us. “Principlist” (Conservative) and “Reformist” have no meaning for us; we are either independence-seekers or subjugated. The presence of the people today is not for show; rather, it is part of our security and defense puzzle, and we will move forward until the destruction of Israel and America. We must remain in the arena, just as our Leader remained.
