Tehran- IRAF- Mehdi Jamalizadeh, the Governor of Isfahan, announced:
“The assessment conducted by the Center for Foreign Nationals and Migrants of the Ministry of Interior showed that the performance of Isfahan Province in managing and organizing foreign nationals achieved the best results nationwide.”
He added:
“This success was achieved through the cooperation and efforts of various departments of the Governor’s Office, the Security and Law Enforcement Deputy, and the General Directorate of Foreign Nationals and Migrants Affairs of the province. This achievement has been recorded for the first time in the province’s history as part of implementing government policies.”
Continuation of Migrant Management Under Governor’s Supervision
The Governor of Isfahan also emphasized:
“The implementation of the Ministry of Interior’s strategies in the field of foreign nationals management will continue under the supervision of the Isfahan Governor’s Office and in accordance with the Ministry’s guidelines.”
In the implementation of the policies and management measures regarding the organization of foreign nationals, Tehran and Kerman provinces ranked second and third after Isfahan, respectively.
Previously, the Governor of Isfahan had also stated that the goal of the foreign nationals management plan is to reduce their population to less than 3% by the departure of 170,000 foreign migrants. However, the management of foreign nationals should not become a pretext for creating divisions by enemies, as such divisions would disrupt the peace and comfort of our citizens.
