In this analysis, it is stated that the main goal of the United States is “not to ensure the nature of Iran’s nuclear program, but to limit its defensive capabilities and weaken the national will.”
The publication also emphasizes, referring to Iran’s historical experience, that “external pressure has not only caused Iran to retreat, but has always led to greater cohesion of society and strengthening of national will.”
In this note, it is stated that external threats, especially when accompanied by demands beyond international norms, “increase the sensitivity of the Iranian people to preserving the country’s independence and defensive capabilities.”
At the end of this analysis, it is emphasized that “the Iranian nation has repeatedly shown that it becomes more united and determined in the face of external pressures,” and this fact, according to the writers, is one of the most important factors in the failure of maximum pressure policies against Iran.
