Tehran-IRAF- Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, in an interview with Sky News, referring to military attacks during the 12-day war in Iran, stated that Turkey opposes any military action against Iran and emphasized that Iran must resolve its internal issues on its own.
Stressing the importance of diplomacy and negotiations between the West and Iran, he said: “If Tehran feels that it is being encircled or besieged in the negotiations, it is ready to confront the worst-case scenarios.”
Regarding sanctions against Iran, the Turkish foreign minister said that on the Iranian nuclear issue, without missing opportunities, differences must be resolved through dialogue, and Turkey will continue its diplomatic efforts to prevent war.
