IRAF News Agency reports that, Seyyed Ali Hosseini, an activist in the field of migration, announced via his channel that the program for integrating conflicting documents (dual-document cases) has been reactivated.
Who is eligible?
Afghan nationals holding an Amayesh 19 card who are married to individuals with one of the following documents:
Valid residency passport
Valid family passport until 31/03/1405 (Persian calendar)
Residence booklet, special residency permit, or refugee booklet
These families can now apply for Amayesh 19 cards for their children.
Required documents for application
Applicants must visit the same office where the parents received their Amayesh cards and present the following documents:
Amayesh 19 card
Passport
Marriage certificate
Child’s birth certificate
If the birth certificate is unavailable, a photo of the father, mother, and child must be provided to obtain a DNA test introduction letter. If there is no birth certificate, a child census form is required.
Application procedure and deadline
Starting Monday, 15 Dey, only one parent with the above documents needs to visit the office.
If the parents’ documents were issued in different provinces, the mother’s Amayesh card must be transferred to the province of the father’s residence.
The program is set to run until the end of the current year.
This initiative provides an opportunity to standardize the documentation of Afghan nationals with differing legal statuses and is aimed at organizing identity documents for families with dual-document cases.
