Based on these announcements, migrants residing in different provinces must visit the designated political missions in person, carrying their valid legal identification documents, in order to register.
Migrants holding an Amayesh residency card, a residency passport, or a residency booklet are eligible to participate in this lottery. Female applicants must be accompanied by a legitimate male guardian (mahram).
Applicants must possess the necessary physical and financial ability to undertake the Hajj journey and are permitted to register at only one political mission.
According to the announcements, individuals who have performed the Hajj pilgrimage in previous years are not eligible to register.
After the completion of the registration process, a lottery will be conducted, and the selected individuals will then be able to proceed with the subsequent stages of their travel arrangements.
The transfer of quotas from one person to another is not permitted, and only the individual in whose name the quota is registered may benefit from this opportunity.
Holders of census registration documents and temporary Amayesh cards are not eligible for registration and cannot participate in this process.
